Live Your Real Marriage

Your marriage is your real marriage. You are not rehearsing this one. You’ll never have the opportunity to turn back the clock to do it again. If you failed to pour yourself into this marriage to make it work, you are wasting your precious time.

Do the things you know that make marriage work. If you don’t have a clue, buy some books. Learn how to make it work. Stop rehearsing. Most people get married the first, second, third and fourth time. They continue to rehearse marriage each time.

Run Your Real Business

You are on. Go about your day as if you’re running your business for real. You are not rehearsing it. If you don’t do the things that can make this business work now, you will never have a second chance to turn back the clock make it work.

Stop being so distracted looking for the shiny objects. You can spend your life looking. Now is the time to focus on what the absolutely essentials to make your business work.

Focus on money generating activities. Ask yourself this, “Is what I’m doing right now making me money?” If the answer is no, stop doing it. You are not rehearsing. Run your real business now.

Be In College, Church, or Work for Real

If you are in college, be there for real. You don’t have four or five years to practice. Don’t waste your years and time. Once they are gone, they are gone for good. There’s no turning back the clock.

Go to church for real. Stop rehearsing being spiritual. You have only this life to connect with God and work on your salvation. You cannot come back to do it again.

Stop rehearsing work. This is your opportunity to shine and rise to the top of your company. Do your job with the best of your ability. Show up and work for real. Give your best. Perform as if this is the only life you have to perform it. Impress your bosses now.

Raising Your Kids For Real

If you are raising kids, raise them as if it’s the only opportunity you will ever have to raise them. Don’t rehearse. Don’t practice.

Connect with your children. Give them enough love to last for a lifetime. Tell them how great they are. Boost their self-esteem and confidence. Instill in them the drive to achieve the impossible.

Always Question Your Current State

Simply put, wherever you are, be there. Don’t show up as if you are practicing this sales presentation. You are live. You are on. Be ready to perform at your best.

Live your real life. Stop rehearsing for the next life. Keep your attitude in check. Don’t so casual about life. Ask yourself, “Is what I’m doing right now making a difference? Does it matter?”

Even when you are in the heat of an argument, question yourself. Don’t waste your time and life on trivial things. Do things that really matter.
